Adds Gold plated Guardbuddy frames as a medal reward

This adds in a gold plated PR-4 Guardbuddy frame as a reward for the Ol' buddy ol' pal medal. Works as a medal reward should. Not much to say its just a reskin for PR-4 bruds.
