It takes 400 blood and then just goes on cooldown, no messages like it used to have or anything.

I tried using it on the AI (which used to work) so dunno if that matters.

Pretty sure the same bug (involving the AI) has been reported previously. I suspect it has to do with the AI being in its eye.

I think Major is a more appropriate tag considering the blood cost, can def mess up someones Vamp Round.
