[Feature] Potato Batteries

[Kubius]

"Proper" implementation of the potato batteries previously showcased in a limited install on Ass Day. They scale with plant potency for capacity, and large cells also scale with endurance to permit self charging.

Important note: Analyzer path (used to check battery charge) will almost certainly need to be changed to work with current code.
