Minor Boobytrapped Lightbulbs can't blow up fueltanks.

Rather self explanatory, if you boobytrap a lightbulb or lighttube by filling it full of plasma then place a welding tanks beneath it, the tank won't go off. I think this is possibly because boobytrapped lightbulbs don't emit sparks when they explode.
