Have material properties determine quality of repaired antique laser

Since qualities of processed materials are gone, the antique laser should use properties instead to determine how good it is.

I was rather disappointed recently when a gnesis coil and translucent gnesis lens antique laser was no better than a normal laser gun(not counting the power cell).
