Trivial Mechanic-copied directional sprite airlocks can't be deployed directionally

Basically what the title says. I attempted facing sideways while deploying it, both on the same tile and from one tile away, and in both instances they deploy in the default direction (vertically).

Did you rotate the thing into the correct direction first? because the arrow on it isn't just for show.
