Minor Mining outpost magnet can't use telescopic locations properly

When I attempt to use a telescope location on the mining magnet, it pulls a totally random asteroid. I can't confirm whether the telescope location is "used up" or not, but this might apply to all not-prebuilt mining magnets. Maybe it only works for the one that the quantum telescope is connected to on the station z-level?

Not sure if intentional or not.
