I'll make this short and simple. Add some new chems, add them to foods based on what makes sense
Food chems:

- Sugar - Already exists in game, has stun reduction and stamina boosts. Too much sends you into diabetic shock
- Protein - Boosts your muscles, makes your melee based attacks stronger. Too much makes you too swole, slowing down your action speed.
- Fat - Makes you thicker, boots your defense making you take less damage. Slows your metabolism, making chems last longer. Depletion rate is based on activity rather than a set rate, so moving around burns it up. Too much makes you obese
- Calcium - Makes your bones stronger, reduces chance for limb loss on normal human limbs. Too much makes your bones too hardy, making you make skelton noises as you move
- Vitamins - Boosts your immunities, helps prevent you from getting pathogens, reduces damage TOX damage received. Too much makes your skin glow, giving off light
- Fiber - Helps purge you of other food chems. Too much makes you fart.
