Let Round-Start Observers become Ghost Drones

Although seriously, is there any significant reason why to NOT allow observers to become ghost drones?

Round start observation sets DNR by default to prevent you from being turned into a random event antagonist, iirc.

Setting DNR stops you from becoming a ghost drone

That's really all there is to it.

Why not let someone join as a ghost drone like half way through the round?

Sometimes I might wanna set DNR so I don't get popped out of my drone shell. I don't think there'd be any repercussions to allowing DNRs to enter a drone? Unless it'd require rewriting a lot of stuff, of course.
