The Bar Apc once repowered doesn't repower the bar

I'm unsure if this is a bug or if the bar apc isn't actually powering the bar, but it's happened in three different games now.  each time I did a full battery switch to test it.   Powers on but power to the bar isnt restored.

i dont know what you mean by the bar, but the bar is the inside barman only part thing and the cafeteria is the place behind the tables and where all the dudes sit, different apc.
