Material conversion rates

With the material rewrite going on, I'm not sure just how much one bar is supposed to represent in terms of fabricator material units anymore, but as it stands one bar is produced for every sheet put in the material processor, whereas ten sheets can be made with one bar at the workbench. Furthermore, the fabricator code is unchanged and one bar is still worth ten units.
