so i'm buckled into a chair and yet i keep falling and hitting my head  frown

Don't you have to be standing on a chair to be moving on it?

If you buckle in you'd be buckling in your feet or legs, which I feel like would increase the severity of injuries whenever you take a nasty spill on a chair.
