Does it work with boxes containing things other than stickers?

If it happens with medical patch boxes, I could see this being an issue. Otherwise, it seems mildly irritating at worst or hilarious at best.

Just stickers. Also, it's not consistent whether moving the item to another hand will get you yet another sticker, or give you a few messages about being empty before coughing up more stickers.
