Meson scanners and the escape shuttle

As you can see in the three attached images, while the escape shuttle is moving the meson scanners seem to be confused at what they should be showing.

I won't pretend to know why/how this happened, just reporting it.

That's just overlay buggery. Don't look directly at it! You'll see your future demise!

It also happens without mesons.
