[Bug] Mechanics where unable to scan the deep frier.

Mechanics are now able to scan the Deep frier, Microwave and KitchenHelper without having to turn it on first.

dunno why this was rejected, oh i think it was because you could already scan it and you might want to scan device analyzer?????
