No end of round readout

Just like it says. The readout for the end of the round isn't popping up. The OOC turns on for the post-round gloating/griping, but we aren't told who was a traitor or miscreant or whatever.

Alot of things have just stopped working. As mentioned in another thread the animation no longer works and the whole game goes mute if you observe someone. Byond sure has been stubborn lately
