Blank chat screen/changelog window

So this is what I've been getting. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Byond a couple times now and it's still doing this.

Try clearing your cache in C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\BYOND\cache

iirc this was caused by an broken update by Wire, should be resolved by now.
