I don't know if this is a bug or a feature that's turned buggy or just a really shitty feature, but I'm putting it here just in case.
You know how you start running out of air if you're in the scanner for a long period of time, right? Makes sense, it's airtight and you'd start suffocating after a while. But here's the problem: Once one monkey starts suffocating, you open the scanner, and you put another monkey in, that monkey inexplicably starts suffocating. So basically the GeneTek scanners have a finite supply of oxygen and once you run out everything starts suffocating after five goddamn seconds. Yes, even if you open the door, which should let air in because that's how air works. Right now, it just creates a black space in which no air can exist until the round restarts.
I'm not sure if this extends to other containers as well, but this is extremely goddamn annoying and makes any sort of long-term genetics research basically impossible.
