'Reinforce entire blob' ability

If you aren't hovering over a tile of deposits/don't have enough deposits in general, when you pick that option, you get a message that you don't have enough material to do that and two evolution points just disappear into the ether. Then it skips ahead to the next tier so it costs four evolution points to pick it again.

Another blob related bug

I ended up with about 6 of the replicator buttons, among other duplicate buttons and I have really no idea why.
