Change the Wizard's Empower Spell

Right now TK + Hulk isn't really the most potent genetics combo, and with the most recent change to TK (which I most strongly consider a change for the better), they don't particularly synergize together all that well either. Perhaps empower could give the wiz a random set of synergistic genetics powers, like Fireproof + Immolation, or Chameleon + cloak of darkness + x-ray vision, or eye lazers + something else. (I have not kept up with all the new genetics toys. Perhaps someone more well-versed in the recent genetics changes could suggest better ideas.)

Also it seems that using Empower will mess up the wiz's stability and reduce him to a burbling wreck for a bit, which is funny but I'm not sure is supposed to happen.
