How to Replicate:
1. Secure portable flasher on the same tile as a security camera.
2. Run by the portable flasher to activate it.
This should burn the security camera, but it will not work if you put the flasher in a 1-wide corridor.

Unknown Effects:
1. If this affects the AI or security camera console at all.
1.5. If it is the same as EMPing or cutting a camera.
2. If this has the same effect on lights, or anything on the same tile as the portable flasher.
