Make the telepad use text instead of a file for coords
#1
Currently the mainframe talks to the telepad by sending it files with coordinates.
I suggest that this be replaced by text communication the same way that a terminal talks to the mainframe using teleman. This would allow for greatly expanded telescience hijinks.

I understand exactly none of this suggestion, but it sounds nice, so I'll go with it.

I assume this might allow people to do things like submit coords using a pda message via mechanics maybe, if that already doesn't exist.

Yeah. Basically, this'd make it compatible with the signal builder software. You'd need to either build a computer, or some kind of PDA->powernet contraption to make it work, but I like this idea.
