Powerwires/cables get power from nowhere. I don't know if this is a feature so that computers can work or something but I'll post it anyway.

The wire is unpowered, but for some reason 0-power wires still shock you and create sparks. Of course, you're shocked with a wattage of 0, so you don't feel a thing. I was going to look into this at some point.

This bug was annoying on construction. However since I only screwed with wiring on construction. I figured it was a bug marq had to iron out with that game mode. Guess I was wrong.
