Increase Reagent Extractor tank size

Please increase the internal reagent extractor tanks from 100 units to something like 500 units? It helps if you're trying to extract large amounts of chems from high potency plants.

It's also a little ridiculous to have them be outclassed by watering cans. Especially since everyone who uses the extractors either already have watering cans, or have immediate access to them.
