Machines stuck in communal mode.

If the machine says that communal mode is not available then you can't take them out of communal mode.

I built a recycler and robotics station in the diner, and I couldn't take the stuff out of the recycler because it was stuck in communal.

I'm really not sure why this hasn't been brought up sooner. There's various situations where you either can't eject certain items (device analyzers or pdas) or switch communal mode.
