NanoTrasen Dossier: Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82
#1
Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82, affectionately nicknamed "Lucifern", is the product of a NanoTrasen experiment in which a deceased humanoid body with saurian genetics was combined with genetic material from the leaves of a giant venus fly trap, the flower of a rafflesia plant, the vines of a █████ plant, the roots of an ostrich fern, the seed pods of a vanilla plant, and the bark from an oak tree. After an electrical charge was delivered to the brain, Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 gained consciousness, and seemingly has no memory of its previous life as a Syndicate agent.

Experiment log J75N: Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 was exposed to fire. It showed signs of panic from the mere sight, and when it was ignited its partially plant-based body burned more efficiently than the body of a standard human, and needed external intervention to be extinguished. Over the following week its burned flesh regenerated completely.

Experiment log ML3T: Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 was loaded into a cloning machine scanner and scanned. Upon trying to load the cloning record to create a clone, and therefore a second instance of Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82, the clone prematurely ejected itself and promptly perished. Multiple attempts were made to create a second instance of Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82, and all failed in the same manner. For the time being, Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 has been deemed impossible to clone, and should therefore be kept away from any situations that could kill it.

Experiment log HY75: Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82's left arm was severed by a machete. After a series of brief tests, it was shown to be fully compatible with human, cybernetic, and plant based limbs. However, plant based limbs graft themselves on more cleanly, and it seems to prefer them, so it was given its original arm back. It now complains about chronic pain in its shoulder where its arm was severed. It is to be rewarded with painkillers when it behaves and cooperates with experimentation.

Experiment log B5RZ: Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 was provided with meat from various species. It consumed all of it without complaint, but showed a strong preference for meat from an insect and human organs, likely due to its genetic material from a venus fly trap and any residual saurian instincts. After having been provided with food that wasn't meat based, it became much more reluctant to eat and sometimes even refused to.

Addendum: Following the conclusion of all required experimentation, it has been decided that Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 can be allowed to work on NanoTrasen stations. It should be considered human for the purposes of AI laws, since it is at least partially human, unless it commits a transgression severe enough for its human status to be revoked. Its employee ID has an age estimated based on its cognitive ability rather than its actual biological or chronological age. It should be monitored by security personnel for signs of antisocial behavior, anti-corporate behavior or sentiment, or lingering feelings of loyalty to the Syndicate. It should be referred to by its serialization, Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82, and not by a more humanized name or nickname.

Addendum 2: After working two shifts on a NanoTrasen station, it has come to our attention that Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 insists that its name is Lucifern, and that it should be referred to as she rather than it. We still hold to the assessment that it should be referred to as Experiment G78-R3K-1JS-M82 and with it/its pronouns.
