Less accidental Oshan hotspot mining

Quite a few people don't like Oshan because of how much hotspots can damage a station and interrupt the flow of the round. While the hotspot pinning is enjoyable (at least for me lol), it's painful when the hotpots stack on eachother and were mined under. Currently the only way for miners to know that they are causing this is sparks coming out of the rocks (which is not that noticeable and some don't even know what that means) and using the map.
I propose that either the effects of mining under hotspots be made more noticeable OR that you need to use a specific tool in order to increase the strength of a hotspot. Could even make it so that intentional sabotage is more powerful, with antagonist miners able to damage the station more precisely.

I would suggest a ground shaking animation at the center of the hotspot, only visible from the trench.

That way, miners can avoid these and engineers can seek this out to more quickly find them.
