Merchants should be able to trade for cash

Title self explinatory, merchants accept your credits, but only through your ID bank account. 
Would be nice if they could give and take credits physically if no bank account is specified.
This'd make it easier most notably for people doing gimmick characters and going full stowaway as a result.

Yea this also helps the stowaway job as they have no id and thus can never interact with merchants since hops don't have the ability to make accounts.
