This is just a fun little novelty idea I had, it's nothing important.
Basically, what if cyborgs could eat? Civ borgs in particular would also be adept at making cyborg food.
Essentially, borg food would be similar along the line of stuff like the roburger and whatnot, but incorporating more robotic materials (metal, conductive, instead of organic), and give buffs specifically to cyborgs. For example, one borg food buff might be boosted power efficiency for a few minutes, or a slow self-repair sort of like how the HoT (B/B/T/A) effect works on foods. Maybe a particularly good dish could even restore power!
That's about it, really. Just a fun little novelty.

Some kind of way for them to eat scrap metal and glass shards to recycle into material or repair themselves?
Robot goes into bar and eats plates, glasses and silverware.
Or maybe a module that includes an internal oven. Eat ingredients and foods to add them to oven, fire it up to cook and then dispense it

This is simple.
For drinks:
Oil, any certified borg drinks, any energy drink with alot of electrolytes.
Has to be set infront of the borg and can drink it.
For foods:
Holographic food. Consumed in one bite. Nourishes the borg somehow.
