If you examine a person wearing a face concealing piece of clothing with someone else's ID on they are immediately ousted, a chat message shows upon examination saying: Joe pubs is wearing ID (security): Joe Pub's yet doesn't seem to be that person!!!

this does not happen if you have no ID on, which eliminates the possibility of recognizing someone from an RP perspective.

so uh yeah, actually a pretty serious hindrance on stealth.

It's not a bug but I don't know why it's in the game tbh.

This only happens with a low chance. Take it as catching a glimpse of the other person's face through the mask and recognizing something is off.
