Add light replacer to engineer lockers

Title, this would make fixing lights (which can get v tedious and take long amounts of time) much more convinent for engineers, and by doing so would encourage them to fix lights. Only concern is light spam can be highly annoying for using prodocs, because the health icon gets changed by lights for some reason.

This may be a cause of concern for antags who prefer hiding in the dark (vampires, wraiths, any bad guy hiding in the gloom) especially if they have tools or abilities specifically to pop lights

Vamp light breaking to me reads more as something thats intended to be used merely to help you escape, not too concerned about that. Latter one is a fair concern however never see any utilize it so eh.
