I have a feeling this is very much due to the new update and your probably working on it. Alas, I hope this helps reporting it anyhoo
Medipatch, you apply it to someone, it stays in your hand. It says in the text box that you applied, but in actual fact you didn't. You HAVE can apply it to someone several times (It was a silver sulf patch, if it was a syptic I wonder if that would make the player scream several times) before it goes away in your hand, and then it is administered.
Odd bug, I could imagine it messing over MD's who want to administer stuff.
