Update lists for hypo whitelist and booster enzyme.
Also change pent to not purge chems on the hypo whitelist, and a minor commenting fix on chem volatility.

i feel like pent purging beneficial chems too is part of the tradeoff for an otherwise pretty good chem

I don't think giving pent that selectiveness is a good idea - it's already pretty good, and per adhara, it's a tradeoff.

I strongly disagree with not purging "beneficial" chems.

Did I tell you the story where one of my patients were allergic to charcoal and had the hyper allergic trait?
Yeah, fun time. Anyway, sometimes a beneficial chem is not really beneficial, and you need to purge it.

merged whitelists changes without the purging change
