Minor Vampire bat form is unstunnable

Title. Vampires in bat form are fully 'transparent' to tasers/etc. Doesn't seem to be intended, as bat form has some very strong buffs already (dizziness is completely ignored, immune to chems, able to pass thu any door, high speed, ETC).

I was the vamp, and while I cannot say for certain, I'm pretty sure I did actually get a disoriented status effect when I got shot, we were only fighting in a 1 tile gap though, so it did't do much coupled with the speed.
