[Feature] Void fluid chemical

this is a chemical that makes station floors into void floors and station walls into void walls. it has a few other (tiny) effects you should find by messing around. i dont know if i want it to be secret or not, and i didnt include a recipe in the code, dm me if you want some suggestions for it maybe
(sorry that im not super enthusiastic about this one, its basically just me salvaging code from a bigger patch that failed because im not creative and cant commit to anything, but this might be neat and people might enjoy it so w/e i figured i'd do it)

I like this. I'm not sure whether it's necessarily more disruptive than smoking Colorful Reagent everywhere, or spamming the Construction Worker tools, and if it has any secrecy (or is at all difficult to make) it will probably not be too severely abused. I really love the void so this seems fun for decoration.
