[Feature] Makes sec metal detectors emaggable

I was surprised to see that sec scanners couldn't be emagged, so this happened!
Here's how it works:

• When emagged, sec scanners no longer do their intended funtion and now do something much more important for the well-being of the station
  
• When X random person walks through, will sometimes go apeshit and scream to everyone in earshot that X person has FAILED THE VIBE CHECK and will appropriately notify Security via PDA.
