Bugs with Limb Bounties in Spy Thieves

I recently encountered a bug with the bounty system as a spy thief.

If you have a bounty where someone has a bounty with a limb before you have a bounty on your arm it spits on the first bounty's reward.

I targetted my arm in order to get an e-mag but then it spat out a deluxe mindslave implant instead.
