Unconscious vampires using powers

I discovered last night after getting spat on by a changeling that I could still use many of my dastardly vampire powers while keeled over unconscious, or at least I think I could. I clicked Glare in the powers window and it went on cooldown and I survived long enough to get up, and I think I used a couple of other powers as well. Maybe Chiropteran Screech? I was idly testing the buttons and wasn't expecting results so I didn't keep track.

It gets better (or worse depending on which way you look it)
You can use vampire powers even when you are dead, just once you re-enter the corpse.
I killed 2 people this way in a decompressed room.

Personally I like it. A corpse doing weird shit is weird and fits in quite well with the vampire he's undead and all, so why not have powers beyond the grave?

Thats been removed. Yesterday during the clown macho syndicate 4th of july chaos round I became a vampire for a very brief moment of time.
I tried to rejuvenate before realizing I died and it gave me a message saying I wasn't undead anymore, just plain dead.
