Minor Patch boxes drop after applying patch directly from box

I've admittedly only experienced this with roundstart-spawned small synthflesh patch boxes, so maybe it's a weird behavior limited to those, but when applying a patch directly from a box onto yourself, you'll apply the patch and then immediately drop the box from your hands onto the floor.

Expected behavior: not being such a goddamn butterfingers when applying patches directly from boxes.

Bumping this because it's still a thing, and also because I noticed that this applies to patches not in a box, as well: if you have a patch in both hands and apply one to yourself or anyone else, you'll drop the other patch at your feet and have to pick it up before applying.

Seems to happen with all instant-application patches and patch boxes. Haven't tested with delayed application/non-whitelisted patches.
