Add sprites for wrenched down canisters

I have created the basic overlay sprite for this suggestion. I'm unable to actually make the sprites for every single canister variation as I don't have access to them (BYOND doesn't work on school computers so the .dmi files are unreadable to me), but the overlay exists and can be added to a sprite whenever a canister is connected.
