Experienced this yeterday when I was a traitor MD.
My pathogen had the t5 symptom capictor, which during it's later stages can zap you off of apcs.
Everytime someone was zapped by an apc the power was set to -9900%. This effectively destroyed the stations power grid as the crew began to fry every apc they walked near
No idea what else negative power in the apc might do.
Assuming this is a bug, even though it was a pretty awesome unexpected side effect to tac onto the disease.
