The title sums it up, I was playing on Clarion and was in the medical booth to the back. I wasn't buckled in and at launch I was thrown out through the back of the shuttle back to the station, where I survived to the end of the round. The shuttle was intact and there was no good reason for me to be launched out (other than it was funny).

I've had this happen once or twice when the server was processing a lot of fluids recently. You can tell when it might happen to someone when the shuttle phases out line by line instead of the whole thing disappearing at once.
