Provide some mechanism for clowns to manually activate their shoes and trip on demand.

I want to be able to comedically trip and drop the pipebombs I'm juggling at the foot of the captain.

I thought this was going to be like a toggle for normal walking and then a "comedy mode" for the squeaking and tripping
