[Feature] A recipe for luminol

Alright so since it turns out you can't make luminol for some odd reason I thought I would try making one.

Could be wrong, but as the ammonia recipe is higher wouldn't that react first? Have you checked this actually runs and works as expected?

It should work I tested it earlier and it worked perfectly.

Alright update it seems half the time it will create ammonia and the other half of the time create luminol for some fucking reason. Ima fix this
