I was mistaken in thinking that the Goonstation 2016 release had recursive throw. This is only a tiny little edit designed to balance it out but the actual thing is still possible in the real goon code.

The real issue is that something broke in the throw code itself. You can hit a window with an object multiple times using a single throw. Furthermore, you can actually catch an item you throw at a window now due to the same (or possible another) bug. Neither of these were ever supposed to happen. It'd be much better to actually just fix the bug in the throw code because it actually affects more things than just manual throwing including explosive shrapnel, wrestling knockback, and mass drivers.
