canisters can block PTL beams

you can completely and totally block the PTL's beam if you place a canister infront of it

Anything that can block the PTL, will. It will melt through the object if you update it once, though. Just flip the output down and up, or turn the laser off and back on. Just having it update every once in a while would counteract this if not a feature.

While I'm here, sometimes the laser alpha gets stuck on a lower setting while showing a higher setting; maybe even the output itself? Maybe due to changing the settings too fast, or at a bad time? I dunno.
