old style hud says you are bleeding even when you arent

i spawned in and decided to take a gander at the different hud styles (which is pretty neat by the way) and noticed there was a bleeding warning on the old style (green and blue) present even though i was not bleeding. this was not present on the old and new hud schemes

I think it's supposed to be there because the old style had to O2 smiley face when you could breath.

The tooltips however do say you are suffocating/bleeding.
