The console does not work, because the \ref[src] is being set to [icon-QMreq (EAST)] :bravo:

The fact the \ref is being set to that is a feature of byond.
It will use the objects tag if it has one, otherwise will use the object ID number, which is more transient and won't survive a possible reset.
