They appear on the floor and can be picked up, dunking them again teleports them out of the persons hand back t the hoop. Caused the same camera change (probably) that the thing with the med closet did/does

I think he's saying that, if a cyborg has a tool module in hand and clicks a basketball hoop, it "slam dunks" it, and the module appears on the ground. Due to code you see.
