Clown Traitor Tweaks

Two suggestions:
1. Make 'crayon' an colour option on agent cards. Selecting this gives the card the same sprite as a Clown's starting ID. Optionally, have it duplicate the Clown ID's "clown name" function, where the ID shows one name when examined but shows a different one when worn.
2. Allow Uniform Fabricators (both the one in the HoP's office and the one on the syndicate shuttle) to fabricate clown clothing.

Because wouldn't it be awesome to convince your nuke ops team to all go in dressed as clowns?

I feel like this would diminish the uniqueness of the clown, though I can never in good standing say no to some hilarious clown wars. Maybe make clownsuit-fabricating require some special fabric or something?

I approve of clown nuke ops, but normal traitors should just acquire a clown suit the normal way. From a crate or by beating the crap out of a clown.
